The safest approach is to:

• avoid screenshots or repeated re-exports.
• compress only enough to meet the uploader requirement.
• preserve room detail around edges, surfaces, and textures.

That balance matters because Stagedly performs better when the image stays detailed enough for furniture placement, decluttering, and texture reconstruction, even if the file has been lightly compressed to fit the upload cap.
